Dear Friends,
On July 3rd, we celebrated the fifth graduating class of The Seattle Institute. The 26 young adults who have journeyed through this program over the past five years are courageous, powerful, insightful, and energetic leaders who are already making a positive impact on their NPH homes, their communities, and their families.
You can read more about what they are up to these days here:
NPH 5 year Anniversary Stories 2016
We have gone from a dream to a tangible reality through the passion and hard-work of so many. I am honored to have been a part of the beginnings of The Seattle Institute over the past 6 years and anticipate with hope what is to come.
I am excited and grateful to entrust the program to our incoming Program Director, Jacqueline Shrader. Jacqueline is a graduate of Seattle University and served in Peru for two years with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps. Please join me in welcoming Jacqueline to our NPH family and supporting her during this transition!
